Cartel Classes

 

REformer induction

New to Reformer Pilates?  Arrive before your first class 10 minutes early, and our Instructors will walk you through the Reformer, and give you a run through of the main elements of our classes.

 

Cartel Strength

Full body training for any level. Our Trainers tailor these classes to build strength for any level of fitness and strength. You’ll be given advancement opportunities and heavier spring options that you can adjust to, as you grow and build confidence and strength.

 

Cartel Target

Target classes will offer full body training, but will specifically target one of the following groups in each class – core, legs/butt, arms/back. These classes will promote burn, shake and muscle growth. You will see and feel the changes.

Mon - Glutes; Tue - Core;

Wed - Arms/Back; Thurs - Legs;

Fri - Glutes; Sat - Core;

Sun - Arms/Back

If group training is not for you, we also offer 1:1 classes by appointment only.
